Camping - Fully self-contained (no facilities provided)

Areas are available for exclusive camping holidays on Mundoo and Ewe Islands.

Enjoy birdwatching, fishing, swimming or bring a canoe to paddle the tranquil waters of the Coorong.

Visit the Coorong sand dunes in your own boat - a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Walk through the dunes to the great Southern Ocean or simply relax and immerse yourself in the fresh, clean Coorong air.


               



There is no public access to Mundoo Island.  An entry fee is payable to be escorted to and from your camp site (across the barrage).

    Stringent guidelines must be adhered to in order to enjoy camping in this unique environment.

Camping is limited to small groups and conditions apply, including no driving around the property.

Some campsites are weather dependent and are 4WD access only.

Coming soon ... private and secluded self contained accommodation in "The Retreat" on Mundoo Island.
Maximum 4 guests, private jetty and boat ramp with access directly to the Coorong along Mundoo Channel.
This magnificent accommodation site is suited to those with a desire for a relaxed break away from the hustle and bustle of life.
Enjoy quiet walks through paddocks and along the Coorong beach, birdwatching, fishing, kayaking, Coorong visits with your own boat or simply relax and watch the sun set into the Coorong waters at the Murray mouth.
Note:  240v is not available.
12v inverter enables you to charge mobile phones, cameras and run a laptop.
Accommodation: 1 x queen and 2 x single beds.
This accommodation is not suitable for disabled people as the kitchen, dining and lounge are upstairs via an exterior staircase.
